Job Description

The role

You will provide flexible business support, as may be required to deliver projects and work streams to time, quality and within budget

Day to day

  • Prioritise the work of self and others to deliver business objectives
  • Collate and analyse data and information and produce financial, resource and other reports to inform effective decision making
  • Draft official & general correspondence within given timescales
  • Providing training and guidance to staff including computer systems
  • Liaise with colleagues and customers, building effective relationships to develop efficiency and contribute to the continuous improvement of services.
  • Comply with statutory and internal process and procedure and maintain accurate financial and administrative records using organisational systems
  • Contribute to improvements which minimise risk to the health, safety and welfare of colleagues and stakeholders and carry out any tasks identified to the post in the Level 2 and relevant 2a Organisational Health & Safety RACI charts

About you

  • Literacy in office software products to enable production / maintenance of a range of complex documents and spreadsheets
  • Evidence of working effectively in an office environment, deliver an efficient customer service, or support delivery of projects though a project office function
  • Relevant experience in a similar office based environment.
