Job Description

Highways England is recruiting a Team Aministrator in our Guildford office. You will provide flexible business support and manage specific pieces of work ensuring relevant policies and procedures are followed.

Key responsibilities:

  • Prioritise own work according to business need, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collect, retrieve and collate data through effective liaison.
  • Respond to communications and enquiries from internal and external customers in a professional manner.
  • Contribute to an engaged, efficient team.
  • Accept personal responsibility for safety of self and others, reporting unsafe conditions and near miss incidents.

Experience/Skills/Qualifications:

  • Literacy in office software products to enable production / maintenance of a range of complex documents and spreadsheets.
  • Experience in delivering an efficient customer service and in working in an office based environment.
  • Experience of prioritising own work according to business needs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail and contribute to an engaged, efficient team.  
  • Experience in collecting, retrieving and collating data through effective liaison. Respond to communications and enquiries from internal and external customers with a professional manner.
