Job Description

The Role:

As Business Manager you will provide flexible business support and training interventions, as may be required to deliver project and work streams to time, quality and within budget.

Manage specific pieces of work to meet objectives, ensuring relevant policies and procedures are followed.

Provide effective leadership and guidance, encouraging the development of capability to improve business performance through continuous of work methods

Day to Day:

  • Priorities delivery according to business need maintaining continuous efficient workflow at all times.
  • Embed a strong customer centred ethos through efficient practice and visible, effective liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective flow of reporting and information.
  • Manage reporting, resources, planning, forecasting and monitoring against budget to inform decision making.
  • Develop engaged, high performing teams that deliver projects and work streams with improved efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain proactive business support to deliver informed reporting and accurate transactions to agreed deadlines.

About you: 

  • Proficiency in a range of office software products to enable production / maintenance of a range of complex documents, spreadsheets, management reports and database systems.
  • Proven experience of delivering outcomes and achievements in a customer focussed organisation.
