With around 4,500 staff spread across seven offices and a uniformed Traffic Officer Service, we need a strong Head of Internal Communications with the vision and skills to bring the organisation together at a time of rapid growth and change.
It’s a chance to redefine the internal communications strategy of a national infrastructure organisation that is relied upon by the entire country. You’ll need significant experience of internal communications leadership and team development to rise to the challenge.
