Job Description

The role

You will provide flexible business support, as may be required to deliver projects and work streams to time, quality and within budget and manage specific pieces of work to meet objectives, ensuring relevant policies and procedures are followed.

Day to day

  • Give direct support to the Regional Intelligence Unit, Orders team and Performance Reporting Manager.
  • Produce motorway passes to contractors’ requirements.
  • Arrange team meetings, issue papers, take and follow through actions.
  • Prioritise own work according to business need, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collect, retrieve and collate data through effective liaison.
  • Respond to communications and enquiries from internal and external customers with a professional manner.
  • Contribute to an engaged, efficient team                                                                                                     

About you

  • Experienced in the use office software products to enable production / maintenance of a range of complex documents and spreadsheets.
  • Experience of working effectively with others in an office environment.
  • Experience of delivering an efficient customer service.
