Job Description

The Role:

As Project Manager you will support in the successful delivery of a number of projects to ensure that they that meet key strategic KPI's to include efficiency, time and customer impact targets at both pre-construction and construction stage.

Day to Day:

  • Support the feasibility, design and assessment work for proposed projects (e.g. this may include environmental impact studies and traffic modelling work etc) or support in the day to day delivery of construction phase projects
  • Manage a project team, where appropriate
  • Input into the development of a business or value management case for pre-construction projects
  • Plan and define project steps, scope project risks and issues, establish plans, reviews milestones and priorities.

About you: 

  • Experience of project management in a complex environment (e.g. this might include facilities management or a technical administration background.
  • Experience of working with multiple stakeholders and good influencing and communication skills
  • Proven experience of creative problem solving skills
